Delivery charges, import fees and taxes
Basic delivery is paid by FANARI. Express delivery is charged to the customer.
All prices shown on the FANARI website, www.fanari.com, are including VAT in the European Union. Please note that in case an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import fees, delivery charges and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such fees, charges and taxes. It should be noted that FANARI has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, FANARI cannot predict their amount. FANARI advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that should you, as the receiver, chose to decline these charges upon delivery, FANARI will have to settle them in order to get the shipment in return. This sum will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.
Campaign Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a campaign code after purchase will not be honored.
You may pay with either credit, debit cards, PayPal or Swish. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union and must be covered by you (i.e. not by FANARI).
PayPal and Swish manages all of our banking transactions. FANARI does not store any credit card numbers.
Your payment is handled by PayPal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards, so you can securely pay with your Visa or MasterCard over the Internet. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, FANARI may automatically cancel your order.
Orders made in another person’s name without his/her consent will be reported to appropriate authorities. FANARI holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel FANARI to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Once we have received your order we will send an electronic order confirmation to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
Lost in transit
After an order has bene transferred to the carrier, the responsibility for the delivery no longer falls on FANARI. In the event of a lost shipment, no actions will be taken until the investigation by the Carrier is concluded. Please note that shipments containing bags are insured and if such a shipment is deemed lost by the Carrier, it will be replaced.
If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty covers obvious production errors only and not damage from general wear and tear. We recommend that you follow our instructions in the FAQ about how to prolong our products’ lifetime.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that all products and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Items included as part of a promotion are required to be returned in the event of a return. They are not considered to be a complimentary item.
All returns must be approved by FANARI’s customer service team. Reach out to them at infoatfanari.com before returning your product for guidance and approval. Approved return shipping is paid by FANARI. However, FANARI reserves the right to deduct any custom fees from the refund.
Example: your product (199$) – custom fees (35$) = refunded amount (164$).
Make sure to attach your order number (#1234567). Once your product is received, your money will be refunded or your new product will be sent out.
FANARI reserves the right to deduct transport costs for any orders returned without approval, including orders not collected at pickup points.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at fanari.com remain with FANARI and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of fanari.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of FANARI.
