What is the best way to give my weekend bag a long life?

Never let your bag get wet, as it is a piece of fine fabric craftsmanship. Protect your bag by using waterproofing spray to make the canvas repel both water and dirt. The rubber corners will get stains, as they protect the rest of the bag from dirt and moist. Many smudge stains on the rubber corners can easily be removed with any type of non-colored alcohol.


So shipping is included in the price worldwide?

Yes, basic shipping is free, worldwide. If you need it express delivered, we have to charge you a small amount for it.


Can you deliver anywhere?

We deliver wherever UPS or DHL can deliver. We have the possibility of delivering to access points or temporary residents such as hotels. If you desire to receive your package at a special location, please either leave a note in the order form or send us a message at


What about returns, are they free?

Yes, returns are free, as long as you return your products within 14 days after receiving them. They also need to be unused, in their original packing and with their original tags. Reach out to us on and we will help you.


What about tariffs and VAT?

Tariff and VAT charges are included in the price when shipped within the EU. We are not able to keep track of all VAT and tariff charges globally, so if you are outside of the EU, you are responsible for any tariff or VAT charges.


Will there be any additional fees for my package to arrive?

If you are outside of the EU, your country may charge you tariffs or VAT. You will have to cover such charges, they are only included in the price in the EU.


How long will it take to receive my package?

We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of verification. UPS and DHL pledge worldwide delivery within 5 business days, but it might arrive sooner if you’re in the EU, and a bit later if you’re outside. What methods of payment do you offer?

We currently offer PayPal and Swish (in Sweden). Via these services you can use most debit and credit cards, as well as your PayPal account.


Can I change my order after it is completed?

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation, did my order go through?

In the event of a missing order confirmation, please make sure to double check your spam folders/boxes. As long as funds has been deducted from your account you can be certain that your order has been processed. If you didn’t receive your confirmation e-mail and it isn’t in your spam folder, reach out to our customer support at and we will help you out.


Where is my package?

When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information. All our international orders are sent via UPS/DHL and can be traced via their homepage, for domestic orders you may also choose PostNord. Please note that confirmation e-mails quite often ends up in spam boxes.


How do I perform a return?

It is very easy, just shoot us a message at and we will help you out. You are eligible for a full refund if your unused product is returned within 14 days in its original packaging with its original tags/documents. Please don’t return an item without contacting us first.


My packaging or product is defect, what should I do?

That doesn’t sound good. Please contact us at and include a picture or two of the defect. Please do not return your product without consulting our customer support.


Do you provide any warranty?

Yes, we do. We cover any obvious production errors for one year after the purchase is made. Reach out to us at if you would like to claim your warranty. Please note that we do not cover damage from general wear and tear. We recommend that you follow our instructions in the FAQ about how to prolong our products’ lifetime.


Can I change my product for another?

Sure! We want you to be 100% happy with your bag or passport case. Send us an email on within 14 days of receiving your products and we will help you. We will send a new bag or passport case as soon as we have received your old ones. Please do not return your products without consulting our customer care.
